All products sold on our website are digital downloads. Due to the non-returnable nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered via download, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

⚠️ Exceptions – Download Issues

We understand that technical issues can occasionally occur. If:

• Your file is corrupt or will not open,

• You received the wrong file, or

• You are unable to download your product after purchase,

Please contact us at support@vivadigitaldownloads.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will gladly help you resolve the issue by either:

• Re-sending the file,

• Providing an alternate format (if available), or

• Offering access via an alternative delivery method.
